I need a new AC unit. Ryan gave me a great price on a name brand unit. Installed it in a timely fashion. He has an excellent attitude and is willing to go the extra to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend Decker Heating and Cooling. Professional and great after sales experience.

They did a great job. Came out same day (Saturday) and got our A/C back online quickly. The diagnosed a tough problem and got us back up and running before the house got too hot to stay in. Charges were very reasonable. I would recommend theys guys for any HVAC issues you may have.

Ryan received our call for help on a Friday night when our system went down in 100 degree+ June. He came at 8Pm, again on a Friday, and didn’t leave until we had Air conditioning (even though he had to improvise a temporary “fix” while waiting for parts till the following week). When the parts arrived he returned to complete the job and, once again didn’t leave until our questions were answered and we understood our system better. Skilled, knowledgable, personable, fair and trust worthy. 5 out of 5!!!!!

I had some issues with my air-conditioning unit.

Ryan came out did numerous test looked for leaks and checked wiring and Capacitors diagnosed the problem and fixed the issues. He is very competent in his field and did a great job for mr. I give him a a 5 star.

Ryan went above and beyond what an HVAC expert would have done, taking my call late in the afternoon after most businesses had already closed for the day. He promised to come over to my side of town to see what was wrong with our home AC, and kept his promise. He worked diligently and tirelessley until about 9 PM, getting that necessisary AC running again for the night, when it was 100 degrees out. Great communications before during and after, and he explained options for me to choose. He used higher quality parts at my request, and ensured the roof unit was buttoned up to specs, tested, and secure before leaving. Highly recommended.
